The case studies are based on a variety of management subjects and industries. Case study subjects include marketing, sales, distribution, customer satisfaction and retention, strategy, positioning, core competence and International marketing while industries include auto, airlines, coffee shops, Oil and petrochemicals.
Our Indian management case studies are excellent teaching tools which can be used by management teachers and professors, corporate and management trainers as well as management professionals.
We have two types of case studies as follows:
(a) Full fledged case studies: These case studies are generally 10 pages or more. These case studies also provide background information about the industry as well as the company.
(b) CaseLets: These case studies are short usually between 3-5 pages. These are ideal for classroom discussions when there is a time constraint for preparing or writing a case.
