Avinash passed out from Delhi Public School (DPS), Delhi and acquired a B. Com degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi soon afterwards. He also holds an MBA degree in from the University of Illinois (Major: Marketing and Finance), U.S. and a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management (Minor: Economics) from Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant, University of Houston, U.S. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from US.

Mr. Narula has a diverse experience of over 25 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur, consultant and as a business executive. As a professional executive, Avinash has worked in reputed companies in India and the U.S. His work assignments were in diverse management functions including sales, marketing, finance, cost accounting, budgeting, general management and strategic planning. As an entrepreneur, he was part of a start-up entrepreneurial team of an electronic company in the US. After bidding farewell, he started his own business once he shifted base to India. With time, he established his very own integrated INS accredited advertising agency, web designing, publishing, consulting and training company. Avinash has also provided consulting services to various companies both in India and abroad.

Awards
Mr. Narula has received the First Prize for the best paper on mergers and acquisitions from Association of Corporate Growth, Chicago, U.S. He was also a recipient of various scholarships during his studies abroad.

Akshay has acquired his MBA in Marketing from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) in 2007 after completing his B.Com (Hon) from the Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, Delhi University, Delhi.
After working for two years in a few advertising agencies, he has currently joined the family business as a Director involved in the advertising, consulting, training and management services provided. At the same time, he is pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communication Management (Advertising and Public Relations) from the National Institute of Advertising (NiA), Noida, India.
